The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)

The Appraisal Institute of Canada, founded in 1938, is the premier real estate appraisal association in Canada. The AIC is a self-regulating body, committed to maintaining the highest standards, practices and professional conduct in real estate appraisal to protect the public interest.

The Appraisal Institute 

The Appraisal Institute is an international membership association of professional real estate appraisers, with more than 21,000 members and 99 chapters throughout the United States, Canada and abroad. Its mission is to support and advance its members as the choice for real estate solutions and uphold professional credentials, standards of professional practice and ethics consistent with the public good.

The Appraisal Foundation

Established by the appraisal profession in 1987, The Appraisal Foundation is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to the advancement of professional valuation.  The Appraisal Foundation is responsible for the generally accepted standards of practice as well as for setting the minimum education, experience and continuing education requirements for real property appraisers in the United States.

The Federation of Colleges, Institutes and Societies of Valuation of Mexico (FECISVAL)

FECISVAL is the valuation leader in Mexico, with the mission of bringing together specialists, teachers and doctors in property valuation to propel the study, development and improvement of the professional exercise of estimating.

GLOBE Foundation 

The GLOBE Foundation is a Vancouver-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to finding practical business-oriented solutions to the world's environmental problems.  Formed in 1993, the Globe Foundation has helped companies and individuals realize the value of economically viable environmental business opportunities through  conferences and events, research and consulting, project management, communications and awards.

Previous Vancouver Valuation Summits have been organized by the GLOBE Foundation and will do so again in 2012 The GLOBE Foundation also provide crucial website support to the Vancouver Valuation Accord.
